Each year the IPFW Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi awards an undergraduate scholarship of $300 and a graduate scholarship of $500.

Undergraduate Scholarship:  [ To the TOP of the Page ]

Eligibility:

  • You must be a returning student who will enroll in at least one semester at IPFW during 2015-2016.
  • You must submit the IPFW common scholarship application by March 10th of the year that you are applying.
  • You must be a current member of the National and IPFW Chapter PKP societies.  
    (Dues must be paid by May 15, 2016)

Download, complete, and save the undergraduate application form (a Fillable PDF) and request two letters of reference from academic faculty or staff at IPFW. Reference letters must be in sealed envelopes with the signature of the reference. Mail to the address below. The application form can alternatively be emailed to Kathy Pollock.

Eligibility:
  • You must be a current graduate student or accepted to a graduate program during the 2015-2016 academic year. Acceptance must be verified before award is received.
  • You must submit the IPFW common scholarship application by March 10th of the year that you are applying.
  • You must be a current member of the National and IPFW Chapter PKP societies.
    (Dues must be paid by May 15, 2016)
